We’re on the lookout for a confident, proactive Senior Account Executive to join our PR team at Boutique. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, integrated agency environment and wants to take real ownership of client relationships, campaigns and creative ideas.
As an SAE, you’ll play a key role in delivering standout PR activity — from producing high-quality press materials and managing media relationships, to leading client comms and contributing to new business pitches. You’ll also support and mentor junior team members, helping to shape the next generation of talent.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building strong client relationships and leading day-to-day comms
- Creating press releases, features and campaign materials, including handling influencer partnerships
- Managing media lists and securing impactful coverage
- Reporting on campaign performance and results
- Contributing creative ideas to campaigns and pitches
- Supporting and developing junior team members
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid PR agency experience at AE/SAE level
- Is confident managing clients, content creator relationships and deadlines
- Has excellent writing and communication skills
- Brings energy, ideas and a collaborative mindset
- Loves working as part of an integrated team
