About Boutique
Boutique is a proudly Yorkshire agency working with brands hungry for growth. Not the kind that comes from one-off campaigns or "let's just send more emails" - the kind built by showing up consistently, across every channel, so when a prospect is ready to talk, we're already in mind. We sit between brand and pipeline: building familiarity with the people who'll buy from us tomorrow as well as converting the ones ready to buy today. At any given time, only around 5% of buyers are actively in-market. The other 95% are who we're building for. That's the long and short game of it running in parallel, and we're looking for someone who genuinely gets why both matter.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior Growth Executive to join our team in Leeds, we're in the office 2 or 3 days a week, hybrid from home the others. You'll sit within our Growth department, working closely with senior leadership to align marketing and outbound activity, build campaigns that drive both salience and pipeline, and protect Boutique's positioning across every touchpoint. This isn't a "press send on the newsletter" job. You'll help shape what we do - contributing to campaign thinking, writing the content, running the events, making the most out of our work, our people and learning how we sustain agency growth at every turn.
What you'll do
- Marketing execution & campaigns
- Help deliver integrated marketing and new business campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, the website and our events
- Move us away from ad hoc activity and toward intentional, structured campaigns
- Keep the cadence consistent and frequent - messaging, timing, output
- Contribute to campaign planning and sequencing, not just execution
- Content creation
- Create top-of-funnel content celebrating our work and our people - case studies, blogs, social posts, email, decks - designed to build familiarity with future buyers, not just chase those already in-market
- Write in a way that sounds unmistakably like Boutique: human, distinctive, consistent across every channel
- Tailor messaging without diluting it: different audiences, same Boutique
- Know what works where - what lands on LinkedIn vs Instagram, what makes a case study worth reading, what makes an email get opened
- Help build the recurring formats and creative assets that make us recognisable before we're even read
- Performance & brand building
- Helping us move towards more success through measuring what works in our own marketing.
- Focus on quality over quantity: right brands, relevant messaging, considered targeting
- Treat early-stage sales conversations as a feedback loop into our brand and content work
- Events & industry presence
- Show up at the events that matter - as Boutique, or as individuals
- Help spot the events we should be at next, and treat them as brand-building moments rather than lead-gen tactics
- Support pre- and post-event communications, awards submissions, and relationship-led growth (referrals, partnerships)
- Tools, data & AI
- Use the tools the work demands - Slack, Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, HubSpot and Apollo - and pick up new ones quickly
- Keep the CRM clean: accurate records, useful segmentation, pipeline data that reflects reality (not optimism)
- Confidently use and explore AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for content, research and ideation - applying critical thinking to refine outputs, not paste them as-is
What we're looking for
- 2 - 4 years' experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of key channels - content, email, social, events - and a feel for what actually performs on each
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and a knack for tone (you can adapt it without losing it)
- Familiarity with evidence-based marketing thinking (the 95:5 rule, the role of distinctive brand assets) - or at least genuine curiosity about why brands grow the way they do
- Organised and calm under multiple-projects pressure
- Commercial awareness: understanding how marketing drives growth, not just activity
- Comfortable showing up in person - we get out to see prospects in Yorkshire and beyond, and back our work by being there
What you're like
- Patient with brand-building timelines, urgent about activation
- Naturally curious about brands and how they grow
- Confident, adaptable communicator across rooms and audiences
- Comfortable working at pace across multiple projects
Why Boutique
We work to five principles - Growth, Graft, Sprint, Together, Finance - and we mean them. We're independent, proudly Yorkshire, and growing. If you want to help build an agency where marketing and sales pull in the same direction, where the work is interesting, the standards are high, and the people are genuinely good company - we'd love to hear from you.
