The Role
As an Operations & Experience Manager at Boutique, you’ll play a pivotal role in making sure that your region runs like clockwork. You’ll have full focus on operational performance across your workplaces – client satisfaction, operational excellence, renewals, and team growth. Reporting to the General Manager for your region, you’ll thrive in a matrix structure. You’ll be supported by a Senior Operations & Experience Manager and you will be helping to support a number of Workplace Experience Managers, and will sit alongside a Business Development Manager. Your mission: ensure your workplaces are flawless, buzzing, and seamless.
