The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Product Specialist to develop our presence within the dental profession.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an award-winning brand, building strong relationships with dental teams, delivering educational training, and driving sales growth across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by promoting Boutique Whitening products to dental professionals.
- Deliver engaging educational training on tooth whitening science and how practices can increase whitening uptake.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategically develop your territory.
- Represent Boutique Whitening at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Develop a professional social media presence to support customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and effectively manage your sales pipeline.
About You
- A proven track record in sales with a passion for delivering results.
- Experience within dentistry, either in clinical practice or dental sales, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, and confident managing your own territory.
- Willing to travel daily within your territory and attend occasional events requiring overnight stays.
