The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone who thrives in a varied and fast-paced role. This is a new role for the business and one you can really make your own. You will be providing both personal and executive support to the Founders, assisting the investment and investor relations team with research and administrative duties and being the go-to in the office., * Assisting the entire team with executive assistant related activities such as organising work meetings, conference schedule, arranging work travel, handling communications with select service providers (e.g. company auditor), expenses management.

  • Working with the two founders/CO-CIOs in a personal assistant function such as organising non-work-related meetings, arranging travel itineraries, dealing with ad hoc personal matters.

  • Assisting the head of investor relations with compliance, reporting, meeting notes, data management and administrative tasks. Supporting operational due diligence processes from existing and prospective investors.

  • Assisting the investment team with ad hoc research process related tasks such as sourcing and compiling information, liaising with research providers and calendar management.

  • Natural gravitas, with a can-do attitude and a team player

  • Willingness to take initiative, tackle new challenges with a proactive mindset, and adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in a multifaceted administrative role, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
