Key Responsibilities
- Driving Occupancy & Performance
- Implement and embed the regional sales strategy across multiple homes
- Support homes to improve enquiry handling, show rounds and conversion rates
- Monitor KPIs, sales activity and CRM performance to drive measurable results
- Provide targeted support to homes with occupancy challenges
- Mentor Admissions Managers and Home Managers to strengthen sales confidence and effectiveness
- Deliver in-home sales and customer experience training
- Share best practice and create a high-performance sales culture across the region
- Build and maintain relationships with key local referrers including hospitals, GPs, social workers and discharge teams
- Represent Boutique Care Homes at networking events and community initiatives
- Support homes with local marketing plans, open days and engagement events
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer journey aligned with our boutique brand
- Conduct audits, mystery shops and environment reviews to maintain standards
About You
- Proven track record in care home sales with consistent delivery of occupancy and revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of the South East care market
- Commercially astute, data-driven and confident working across multiple sites
- A natural coach who enjoys developing others
- Full UK driving licence and happy to travel regularly
