Reporting to: Director of Sales and Marketing

Travel: Regional role requiring 3-4 days a week travel to operational care homes and head office in Romford, Essex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and embed the regional sales strategy across multiple homes
  • Support homes to improve enquiry handling, show rounds and conversion rates
  • Monitor KPIs, sales activity and CRM performance to drive measurable results
  • Provide targeted support to homes with occupancy challenges
  • Mentor Admissions Managers and Home Managers to strengthen sales confidence and effectiveness
  • Deliver in-home sales and customer experience training
  • Share best practice and create a high-performance sales culture across the region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key local referrers including hospitals, GPs, social workers and discharge teams
  • Represent Boutique Care Homes at networking events and community initiatives
  • Support homes with local marketing plans, open days and engagement events
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer journey aligned with our boutique brand
  • Conduct audits, mystery shops and environment reviews to maintain standards
About You
  • Proven track record in care home sales with consistent delivery of occupancy and revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of the South East care market
  • Commercially astute, data-driven and confident working across multiple sites
  • A natural coach who enjoys developing others
  • Full UK driving licence and happy to travel regularly
