About The Team And Role: We are seeking an experienced enforcement manager with excellent leadership skills who will be part of a larger team of managers that form the Enforcement Department Management team. You will be responsible for the performance and management of a team of Enforcement Agents, ensuring that the department's compliance and collections rates are met along with business and client expectations.
Job Details:
- Pay: ÂŁ41,000 (DOE)
- Full-time, 42 hours per week, covering Monday to Sunday. Late & early shifts will be required, and a weekend day per month.
- 31 days annual leave (23 plus bank holidays)

What You'll Do:
- Assist the Director of Enforcement with the daily running of the department, meeting all operational Enforcer Agent requirements, maintaining a fluid workflow and a consistent approach.
- Drive performance within the Enforcement department, focusing on a dedicated team of individuals, meeting or exceeding expected collection targets and resolving issues that may hinder achieving this objective.
- Support new departmental initiatives to drive performance across the board and for specific clients.
- Identify Enforcer Agent behaviours from daily interaction and data sources, adopting a proactive approach to develop each colleague.
- Undertake regular 1â2â1 meetings to support health and wellbeing, motivate a team, and provide coaching and mentoring in the field.
- Report data for the department, ensuring accurate reporting on all aspects of performance.
- Maintain professional relationships with other functions to ensure collective and collaborative achievement of targets and compliance with ethical standards, company policy, and procedure.
- Report safeguarding concerns to the appropriate team, escalating if immediate response is required.
- Assist the compliance department with client or customer complaints, ensuring the internal processes are followed correctly.
- Ensure all colleagues are managed effectively within the Group HR policy and procedures framework.
- Oversee administrative duties relating to enforcement paperwork, reporting lines and audit requirements: GDPR, ISO standards, FORS, CIVEA and other compliance needs.
- Maintain upâtoâdate knowledge of enforcement legislation, company policy and procedure.
- Assist other areas of the department as required, including employed, selfâemployed enforcement agents, special operations, projects, deputizing, compliance, technical.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a highâperforming Enforcer Agent or Manager.
- Strong leadership and management qualities.
- Change management experience.

- Current EA certificate with Taking Control of Goods Level 2 or above.
