We are a warm, welcoming family-run nursery set in a beautiful Cotswold village, looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our close-knit team. About the Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive environment
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
- Work effectively as part of a supportive team
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
