We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our busy existing team. Ideal candidates will have energy and a passion for looking after our guests and be able to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction. Our Housekeeping Team reports to the Housekeeping Supervisors and Manager. The ideal candidate will be reliable, conscientious, punctual, and well presented. They should take pride in what they do and genuinely care, be proactive and always busy at work, and be a team player and a good leader.
Experience/Skills Requirement:
- Housekeeping Management 1 year preferred.
- General housekeeping 2 years preferred.
- Have a genuine passion for good service and helping people.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Flexible schedule.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
General Job Specifications:
- To provide support for the Housekeeping Manager and deputise as required.
- To ensure guest bedrooms and all public areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard on a daily basis, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness are met at all times.
- As Housekeeping Supervisor you will be expected to participate in and carry out various housekeeping duties including room cleaning, public area cleaning and linen management.
- To ensure the smooth running of each wedding, event, and venue, maintaining high standards and acting as an ambassador for Country House Weddings Ltd at all times.
- Due to the location of our venues, candidates will need to be able to drive or have access to transport.
