This is an unmissable opportunity to join BVT as a Trainee Neighbourhood Coordinator and develop the knowledge, skills and experience needed to progress within neighbourhood housing services.
This is a two-year trainee programme designed to support your development through practical experience, structured learning and completion of a relevant qualification. You will initially manage a smaller neighbourhood patch appropriate to the trainee role, building confidence and competence over the programme while supporting the wider Neighbourhoods Team with day-to-day housing activity.

Job Profile
As Trainee Neighbourhood Coordinator, you will act as a positive ambassador for BVT and the services we provide. You will work with residents, internal colleagues and external partners to deliver excellent customer service and help create safe, well maintained neighbourhoods where people can thrive.
You will develop skills across neighbourhood housing services, including tenancy management, resident engagement, community development, compliance visits, responding to routine tenancy enquiries, supporting initial access requests and keeping accurate records on CRM and tenancy management systems.
You will also support core neighbourhood activity such as new tenant visits during the starter tenancy period, tenancy audits, viewings and sign ups, low-level anti-social behaviour and tenancy breach enquiries, and community activities that support BVT’s aims of Championing People and Community Building.
