Responsibilities
- We are recruiting a team of skilled operatives with variety of specialisms to join our Maintenance Team in helping to protect our customers from harm and enabling them to live in a home that is free from damp and mould.
- If you are qualified or have demonstrable experience in carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying, painting & decorating, roofing, drainage you could play an integral part in achieving our mission of creating and sustaining communities where people can thrive.
- Hours – Full-time 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Qualification in a property or construction related trade discipline.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering skilled labouring works.
- Excellent understanding of best practice in relation to delivering high quality repairs
- Ability to use a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)
- A company van will be provided for business use only therefore a full and current driving licence is essential.
