We are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join our Team and help us continue to deliver the highest standards of service. We are a charitable trust with a diverse portfolio of services. Job Profile

As part of a Team of 4 Senior Management Accountants, you will work closely with the Head of Finance and the Director of Finance, making sure that all BVTs monthly and annual accounts run smoothly. You will be the Business Partner for an agreed area of the Charity, working with Budget Holders and the Director to set budgets, hold monthly budget meetings, help with KPIs and benchmarking and driving our value for money agenda.

Candidate Profile

You will be values driven and focused on delivering great services. You will have experience working as a Management Accountant, producing and monitoring budgets, producing monthly accounts and financial reports and working on annual accounts. You will have worked closely with budget holders, running monthly budget compliance meetings, helping with performance KPIs, benchmarking and advising on ensuring value for money. You will have experience of forecasting and running “what if” scenarios. You will be able to work with colleagues at all levels, supporting them to understand financial results and presenting information to them in a user friendly fashion. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build partnerships with budget holders, ensuring compliance with financial regulations whilst being part of the Team that puts our customers first. You will have outstanding IT skills and experience of a range of finance systems, reporting systems and business systems.
