- To effectively manage the day-to-day cover in the academy.
- To manage the academy’s admissions procedures.
- To provide administrative support where needed
Responsibilities
- Managing both planned and daily cover in accordance with the academy’s policy and safeguarding requirements. PLEASE NOTE to fulfil the cover administration the successful post holder will need to be available to start work at 7:15 AM daily.
- Utilising the Supply Bank platform effectively to meet the academy’s day-to-day cover requirements.
- Managing the academy’s admissions procedures.
- Being the point of contact between parents and the Academy concerning all aspects of the admissions process.
This role is term time only plus 10 days to be worked in the school holidays over the academic year.

Bournville School (part of Fairfax Multi‑Academy Trust) is a mainstream, non‑selective, comprehensive school for students aged 4‑16.
