Starting salary: £23,089.00 per annum (actual salary)
Hours: 37 hours per week (flexibility on hours available), term-time only plus 37 INSET hours (12 weeks holiday/time off per year)

Key responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR and payroll queries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and process payroll data.
- Support recruitment campaigns and pre-employment checks (DBS, right-to-work).
- Administration of absence data and occupational health referrals.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and employment legislation.
- Prepare reports and maintain HR and payroll systems.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous HR administration and payroll experience.
- Maths GCSE Grade C/4 minimum or a Functional Skills Level 2 qualification.
- English GCSE Grade C/4 minimum.
