BASIC PURPOSE: To provide comprehensive disposition, qualification, production support in all areas within diffusion. This includes supporting Lot Disposition, Recipe Creation and Testing, Preventative and Corrective Actions, Supporting New Product/Process Development.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES (End Results Expected):
- Provide Technical manufacturing support across all areas within Diffusion.
- Support Furnace Maintenance Activities.
- Participation in teams to develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement of key indices, i.e. yield and re‑work.
- Supporting quartz ware and SiC ware management.
- Monitor, analyse and report on the key operational and process parameters.
- Provide ongoing support and encouragement to manufacturing personnel to enable continuous improvement in skill levels and performance.

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- EDUCATION: 5 GCSEs including English, or equivalent.
- TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Awareness of SPC charting requirements. Experience in semiconductors or similar manufacturing industries.
- SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: Familiarity with non‑conformance management. Understanding of product inspection techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel. Experience with SPC InfinityQS (advantageous).
- OTHER SKILLS: SAP (advantageous).
