About The Role
We are looking for a Student Success Coach to join our new Student Success Team, providing advice, guidance and tailored interventions to help students overcome personal challenges and thrive during their time at university. Acting as a first point of contact for non-academic concerns, you will work in partnership with students in a strength-based and solution-focused way to assess needs, develop solutions, and make appropriate referrals. You will collaborate with colleagues across Student Services and the wider university community, ensuring students feel supported, resilient, and able to achieve their goals. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the student experience at Bournemouth University.
Employment Details
This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration service’s Points Based System. This position is available part-time for 18.50 hours per week (0.5 FTE).
