We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Senior Officer role in the Quality and Governance team. This post will further support the work of the team, which is based in Academic Quality in Academic Services, and is responsible for delivering high-quality support to Faculties and academic partners in implementing the University’s quality assurance framework across a complex and varied portfolio.

You will be active in delivering training to a range of stakeholders and engaged in creating streamlined and efficient processes in key institutional-level projects. As a Senior Officer in the Quality and Governance team, you will be one of six roles, leading the work in a complex and busy team environment. You will utilise excellent team leadership skills to manage both team and individual performance to motivate staff and deliver service excellence consistently to all BU stakeholders.
You will be committed to working collaboratively with colleagues across Faculties and other Professional Services and have excellent team working, communication, organisation and planning skills.
The Quality and Governance team is part of the Academic Quality department within Academic Services. Academic Services creates an enabling academic environment, which shares expertise, builds capabilities and inspires stakeholders through sector leading, user centred processes and outstanding service delivery.
