We're looking for an ambitious and creative Commercial Manager to lead and grow the commercial success of Sport BU.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a clear commercial strategy, turning ideas into action through engaging campaigns, strong partnerships, and data‑led decision making.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth while ensuring everything we deliver enhances the experience of students, staff, and the wider community.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the university, the Students' Union, and external partners to create innovative, inclusive, and financially sustainable services.
  • Build and manage relationships with sponsors and partners, helping to raise the profile and impact of Sport BU.
  • Oversee budgets, drive performance, and use insight and data to continuously improve results.
  • Lead and support a dedicated team, creating a positive, inclusive environment where people feel empowered to succeed.
