We are seeking a proactive and detail‑focused Timetabling Officer to join our integrated Timetabling Team within Academic Services. This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective preparation, allocation and delivery of annual student, staff and room timetables. Working closely with academic colleagues across several Schools, you will help ensure our timetabling processes run smoothly, efficiently and in line with university requirements. Job Purpose
The Timetabling Officer will co-ordinate timetabling processes with academic faculty staff, ensuring the preparation, allocation and delivery of annual personal student, staff, and room timetables are completed in an efficient and effective manner, in line with agreed university requirements and processes. The role is expected to provide dedicated support to several Schools and will work as part of the integrated Timetabling team.
