Senior Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Desk Analyst to play a key role in delivering high-quality IT support across the University. Acting as a central point of contact, you will ensure a consistent, timely and professional response to incidents, service requests and user queries, while maintaining ownership through to resolution.
As a senior member of the team, you will support day-to-day Service Desk operations, help coordinate workloads, and provide mentoring and guidance to colleagues. You will work closely with IT teams to drive resolution, improve first-contact fix rates, and ensure service levels are met.
This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. You will also contribute to continuous service improvement, helping to refine processes, enhance the knowledge base, and improve the overall user experience.
