We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Officer role in the Quality and Governance team on a fixed-term basis as maternity cover. This post holder will support the work of the Quality and Governance team, which is based in Academic Quality in Academic Services, and is responsible for delivering high-quality support to Faculties and academic partners in implementing the University’s quality assurance framework across a complex and varied portfolio. Key work areas include supporting programme approval, review and monitoring activities, providing committee support, including minute-taking, and dealing with the administration relating to the Quality and Governance team’s processes and procedures.
As an Officer in the Quality and Governance team, you will be one of four roles, supporting the work in a complex and busy team environment. You will utilise excellent interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, demonstrate strong organisation and communication skills, and show a clear commitment to delivering service excellence.
