About The Role
Bournemouth University is entering a defining phase in its evolution. With a new institutional strategy – BU2035, renewed ambition and a clear focus on our future impact, we are reshaping how we engage with students, staff, partners and communities. This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of the institution, partnering with senior leaders to turn strategy into action and ensure that complex, organization‑wide change delivers real and lasting impact. Working as part of the Strategic Change Team, this role will play a key role in the delivery and ongoing development of the BU2035 programme of work. The postholder will work closely with the team to help shape and implement the BU2035 Programme and other projects as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective support, oversight and organisation of cross‑institutional change projects (for example, BU2035).
- Contribute to the design, development and implementation of strategic projects run within the Strategic Change Team.
- Provide logistical support for projects and programmes.
Position Details
This position is available on a fixed‑term basis until 2nd July 2027. This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration Service’s Points Based System. Therefore, BU will not be able to sponsor individuals who require permission to work to carry out this position.
