We are looking for a proactive and organised Programme Administrator to join our Programme Operations team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of academic programmes and support the delivery of a high‑quality experience for our students.

Our Programme Operations team provides an integrated, responsive service to support the effective delivery of courses across the University. You will work closely with academic colleagues, professional services teams and sometimes students, providing administrative support to a range of course‑related processes and queries.

What you’ll be doing

In this varied and fast‑paced role, you will:

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for academic programmes
  • Act as a point of contact for students, responding to enquiries via email, telephone, online platforms and in person
  • Liaise with academic staff, professional service teams, partner organisations and others
  • Contribute to service improvement by identifying more effective ways of working
  • Help deliver University‑wide events such as enrolment and graduation

This role is full-time (37 hours per week). Flexibility will be required during peak periods.

Our Academic Services department is made up of experts in student records, course administration, academic quality, and library and learning services. Academic Services creates an enabling academic environment, which shares expertise, builds capabilities and inspires stakeholders through sector leading, user centred processes and outstanding service delivery.
