About the role

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the University's strategic ambitions through impactful marketing, brand development and sustainable student recruitment growth. The role oversees branding, digital channels, creative content, market insight and marketing operations, while leading innovation in data‑driven and AI‑enabled marketing across UK and international markets. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Recruitment and Communications, the postholder will lead the creation and delivery of insight‑led, measurable marketing strategies that enhance reputation, grow recruitment pipelines and support wider income‑generating objectives.

You will be an experienced and strategic marketing leader with a strong track record of delivering successful brand and recruitment campaigns in a complex organisation. You will bring expertise in digital marketing, market insight, campaign planning and performance measurement, with the ability to use data and emerging technologies to drive results.
