This is an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed Assessments and Awards team within Academic Registry. We are seeking an organised, detail-focused and stakeholder-oriented Assessments and Awards Administrator to join our team. The Administrator role plays a vital part in ensuring the effective delivery of assessment and awards processes, supporting students and academic colleagues throughout the academic year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the email inbox queries.
  • Produce transcripts, diploma supplements, certificates and verifications.
  • Administer documentation relating to assessments and awards processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with university regulations and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong administration and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and confidence working with systems and deadlines.
  • HE experience desirable but not required.
