Our exclusive members’ club continues to grow, and we are now looking for passionate and driven Personal Trainers to join our team.
This role is ideal for a reliable and enthusiastic PT looking to work within a premium hospitality and fitness setting, playing a key part in the member experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver a variety of group fitness classes to suit different abilities
- Carry out professional, informative, and welcoming inductions for new members
- Act as a key point of contact on shift, ensuring all members feel supported and engaged
- Proactively interact with members on the gym floor, offering guidance, motivation, and basic coaching
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout the gym and studio areas
- Support the wider leisure and spa team to create a seamless luxury experience
- Assist with member retention by building rapport and encouraging ongoing participation
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification (essential)
- Confident in leading group exercise classes
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional approach
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go beyond basic duties to enhance member experience
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Availability to work set days, including potential weekends
