We are currently looking for a passionate and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our growing culinary team.
The Role
As Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional food standards across our busy kitchen operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated chef looking to develop their skills within a fresh-food, luxury hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in running a designated kitchen section during service
- Prepare and present dishes to consistently high standards
- Support senior chefs during busy services and events
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Help manage stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced and professional brigade
- Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development
