The Nici is a luxury lifestyle hotel on the Bournemouth seafront, delivering exceptional guest experiences with a relaxed yet refined coastal vibe. We’re looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Car Jockey (Valet) to join our front‑of‑house team.

The Role

As a Car Jockey, you’ll be the first and last impression for many of our guests. You’ll ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences by safely parking and retrieving vehicles while delivering warm, attentive service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage when needed
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and locations
  • Ensure vehicle security and follow all safety procedures
  • Keep driveway and parking areas organized and presentable
  • Support the front desk and concierge team as required

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving licence (clean driving record preferred)
  • Confident driving both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
  • Previous valet or hospitality experience preferred (but not essential)
