Bournemouth East Collaborative Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking a motivated HR and Management Administrator to join on a permanent, part-time contract (22.5 hours/week across Mon-Wed, with some day flexibility).
You will support the HR Manager across recruitment, onboarding, staff training and wellbeing, plus broader PCN management tasks.
Responsibilities include minute taking, report collation, audits and helping implement new HR processes to improve efficiency.
