BCHA, a South West based housing charity, seeks a Complex Needs Night Support Worker. You will provide care and support in a single location, with occasional travel, helping residents to live independently while safeguarding them.

You’ll work 42 hours per week on 6pm-6am shifts, focusing on building security, safe operation, and de-escalation of incidents. You’ll collaborate with Local Authority Housing Teams and other partners to aid customers’ wellbeing.
