We aim to achieve this through the building and provision of affordable and secure homes, and by supporting individuals to take control and lead independent, fulfilled lives. Whether we are developing sites or supporting people with housing, learning or living skills, we believe in equality, the importance of every individual and the right to be valued and treated with dignity and respect. Our doors are open to everyone.

We need a Night Worker to provide different levels of practical support to customers who are experiencing mental health issues and need our support. • learn about trauma informed approaches, managing mental health, substance misuse and accommodation services.

Please come and work with us if:

  • you have a positive can-do attitude to achieve best outcomes;
  • you want to learn and develop your understanding of ‘homelessness’;
  • you have similar ‘lived experience’ and now want to give back to others;
  • you are already a night worker but want or need a change of environment;
  • you are a student needing some direct work experience to support your learning;
  • you have completed a college course and are looking to start your career;
