BCHA is seeking compassionate and proactive individuals to join our weekend team at George House, supporting customers who are currently experiencing homelessness. You will help maintain a safe and supportive environment, respond to incidents, manage anti-social behaviour, and escalate safeguarding and wellbeing concerns to management.
You will also help deliver group support sessions and meaningful weekend activities that promote engagement, stability and positive outcomes for our customers.
