As Lease Manager, you'llbe responsible foridentifying and negotiatinglease opportunities withprivate landlords, developingstrong partnerships, andensuring lease agreementsdelivervalue for bothlandlords and theorganisation.
Working closelywith our Housing, Assets, and Financeteams, you'll playa key roleinexpanding our propertyportfolio while managingrisk and ensuringhigh-quality servicethroughout thelease lifecycle.
- What you'll be doing
- Identifying and securingnew lease opportunitieswith private landlordsand property owners.
- Buildingand maintaining astrong pipeline ofprospective lease agreementsacross Plymouth andthe surrounding area.
- Developing positive, long-term relationships withlandlords, lettingagents, and otherproperty professionals.
- Negotiating commerciallyviable lease agreementsthat meet organisationalobjectives.
- Working collaborativelywith internal teamsto ensure leasesare effectively managedfrom acquisitionthrough to completion.
- Acting as themain point ofcontact for landlords, maintaining excellentrelationships and deliveringa professionalservice throughout thelease term.
- Monitoring lease performanceand ensuring contractualobligations are met.
