Position Overview Self‑employed carer/support worker required for 6 hours per day, except Tuesday and Thursday, in the BH23 area (EM/MW). About the Role We are looking for a carer/support worker to provide support to a young female in her 20s who is autistic. The role involves helping with shopping, outings, walking her assistance dog, and making and attending medical appointments. Daily Responsibilities The worker will provide support in the following areas: * Take her prescribed medication and ensure it is administered on time * Tend to her personal care needs * Ensure she has a healthy, balanced diet and eats regular meals * Provide emotional support and companionship * Help with paperwork, bills and financial management * Attend appointments and build a good routine * Explore education and desired work goals * Maintain healthy relationships and support social interactions * Assist with accessing the community and local services Work Schedule Hourly rate – as a self‑employed worker, please provide rates of pay on application.
