Remuneration: £13.45 per hour plus holiday pay per hour worked
Responsibilities
- Keep families safe on the beaches by engaging with the public and promoting the missing‑persons scheme.
- Coordinate searches to reunite lost children and vulnerable people with their families.
- Work independently and as part of a wider team, collaborating with Seafront Operations staff and partner agencies such as the RNLI.
- Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive seafront environment.
- Adapt to changing operational needs throughout the week, providing flexible support.
- Communicate effectively with the public and colleagues, demonstrating confidence and a friendly, customer‑focused approach.
Working Hours
Shifts across 7 days a week, including weekends and Bank Holidays. Must be comfortable working outdoors for the majority of each shift.
Requirements
- Basic DBS check, processed by BCP Council.
- Existing right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
