Lead design assurance and provide oversight on complex integration solutions. Support development teams in solving highly complex data and system integration challenges. - Delivery & Implementation Oversight - Oversee the delivery of enterprise integrations across CRM/ERP systems, web platforms and third‑party solutions. Guide implementation across technologies such as APIs, middleware, messaging and data pipelines. Ensure solutions are built with robust error handling, monitoring, logging and supportability. Collaborate closely with development, data and platform teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Data & System Integration - Lead the design of data integration strategies, including batch, real‑time and hybrid approaches. Enable trusted, timely and governed data flows between systems. Support integration of finance systems and transactional platforms, ensuring accuracy, auditability and performance. Address challenges around data quality, duplication, transformation and synchronisation.
- Governance & Assurance - Define and enforce integration governance, standards and design authority processes. Ensure compliance with security, data protection and regulatory requirements. Manage technical risks, dependencies and integration‑related technical debt. Maintain clear documentation, including architecture artefacts and decision records.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand integration requirements. Translate complex business processes into practical, scalable technical solutions. Collaborate with external suppliers and partners on integration design and delivery. Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Key Skills & Experience
- Core Technical Expertise - Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations across multiple systems and technologies. Deep understanding of API design and management (REST, OpenAPI, SOAP where required), messaging and event‑driven architectures, data integration patterns (ETL/ELT, streaming, synchronisation). Experience with integration platforms such as Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions, Data Factory) or equivalent. Proven experience integrating CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics365 / Dataverse), finance and transactional systems (e.g. Dynamics365) and web platforms and third‑party SaaS applications. Proven ability to design scalable, resilient, distributed systems. Strong knowledge of integration patterns, anti‑patterns and trade‑offs.
