Digital and UX Designer – a key role within the Digital Creation & User Experience team. You will influence digital services through user research, wireframing, prototyping and testing to deliver customer‑centric web and portal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather user requirements and write specification documents.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user stories and personas.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to shape recommendations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to conduct functional and user acceptance testing.
- Carry out continuous improvement, review and iterate the digital experience.
- Champion accessibility, usability, and usefulness standards across digital services.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build honest, effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of websites and customer portals, with experience working with systems, data, and databases.
- Experience in processing and maintaining management information tools and processes.
- Ability to promote digital transformation and encourage change and continuous improvement.
- Experience with agile working practices is desirable.
Contract Details
- 37 hour per week, permanent contract.
- Flexible working arrangements – staff may work from home or from the office as required.
