- Managing end-to-end recruitment activity across a varied portfolio of roles
- Ensuring all recruitment activity is compliant, accurate and well-documented
- Providing advice and guidance on recruitment best practice and policy
- Using HR systems to maintain high-quality data and produce insights
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding or an HR / People Services role
- Confidence using HR or applicant tracking systems
