Bournemouth and Poole College in Poole, Dorset, is seeking an Inclusion Lead to support students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within our SEND Support team. This full-time, permanent role involves working with a diverse caseload to help students navigate their college journey, access the right support, progress to their next steps after college, and ensure their learning needs are met with sensitivity and professionalism.
