Are you passionate about recruitment, people experience and getting the details right? We’re looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Adviser to play a vital role in attracting, appointing and welcoming new colleagues into the college.

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment activity across a varied portfolio of roles
  • Ensuring all recruitment activity is compliant, accurate and well-documented
  • Providing advice and guidance on recruitment best practice and policy
  • Using HR systems to maintain high-quality data and produce insights
  • Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding or an HR / People Services role
  • Confidence using HR or applicant tracking systems
  • A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusive recruitment practices
