About the role: This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, engaging teaching across a range of Art & Design programmes. You'll create inspiring learning experiences that develop students' practical, technical and creative skills, while supporting their progression into further study or employment.

  • Delivering engaging, inclusive teaching that motivates and inspires learners
  • Supporting students to develop creative, technical and professional skills
  • Planning and assessing work, providing high-quality feedback
  • Tracking student progress and supporting achievement and progression
  • Contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement
  • Supporting student recruitment, enrichment activities and industry engagement

About you: You're a creative and committed educator who is passionate about student success. You will bring:

  • A degree in Art & Design (or a related subject)
  • Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Experience delivering practical, studio-based teaching
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary Art & Design practice
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners of all abilities
  • A commitment to inclusive teaching, safeguarding and student wellbeing
