Are you looking for temporary work during the summer? The College is recruiting several short-term temporary roles to assist with data entry and processing during our busy main enrolment season. We are looking for committed MI Data Administrators to join our team here at Bournemouth & Poole College on a full-time, temporary basis. You will receive a salary of £12.21 per hour. This temporary work will take place for the period of Monday 18th August – Friday 5th September 2025. We also have limited work available prior to this in June, July and August. Please confirm your availability on your application.

About the role: In the MI Data Administrator role, you will work within MI & Funding and the Enrolment team to ensure robust data capture, accuracy, and audit compliance during our student main enrolment process. Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide efficient and accurate administration of our student data
  • Participate in the student enrolment process, ensuring robust and accurate data capture
  • Take payments from students where necessary
  • Provide an excellent customer service to students and staff, assisting with enquiries
  • Undertake any other duties, commensurate with the grade of the post that may be reasonably required

For the MI Data Administrator role, you'll ideally have:

  • Level 2 (or equivalent) English and maths
  • Experience of manual or electronic systems for recording data
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills including written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, and demonstrate excellent time management skills
