Due to continued growth, Bournemouth & Poole College is expanding its team and we're looking for inspiring Lecturers in Mathematics to help our students succeed. You'll play a key role in building learners' confidence and supporting them to achieve essential qualifications that open doors to further education, apprenticeships and careers.

We welcome applications from those seeking full-time or part-time opportunities, with a primary base at either our Poole or Bournemouth campus. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, engaging teaching across GCSE and Functional Skills Mathematics. You'll create inclusive and motivating learning experiences that help students develop their skills, confidence and resilience, while supporting their progression into further study or employment.

  • Delivering engaging, inclusive teaching that motivates and inspires learners
  • Planning and assessing learning, providing high-quality and constructive feedback
  • A degree in Mathematics or a related subject
  • A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Experience teaching Mathematics (GCSE and/or Functional Skills desirable)
  • Confidence using digital tools and technology to enhance learning
