  • Support students' academic progress, wellbeing, confidence, and personal development.
  • Monitor attendance and engagement, working closely with teaching teams to drive improvement.
  • Act as a first point of contact for safeguarding and wellbeing concerns, applying appropriate procedures and signposting to specialist teams.
  • Provide tailored support for vulnerable learners, including acting as a keyworker for Children in Care (CiC) and Care Leavers.
  • Liaise with teaching staff, Learning Managers, and external agencies to ensure students receive coordinated support.
  • Maintain accurate student records and contribute to data monitoring and reporting.
  • Support students in planning their progression routes, including employability and careers-focused activities.
  • Promote positive behaviour, inclusion, and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in all interactions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive Student Experience team environment.
