Are you passionate about English and ready to make a real difference? Due to continued growth, Bournemouth & Poole College is expanding its team and we're looking for inspiring Lecturers in English to help our students succeed. You'll play a key role in building learners' confidence and supporting them to achieve essential qualifications that open doors to further education, apprenticeships and careers. About you:
- You're a committed and enthusiastic educator who is passionate about student success and will bring:
- A degree in English or a related subject.
- A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Experience teaching English (GCSE and/or Functional Skills desirable).
- The ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners of all abilities.
- Strong organisational and classroom management skills.
- Confidence using digital tools and technology to enhance learning.
