We’re looking for a motivated Cargo Warehouse Supervisor to join our expanding Cargo team and play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of cargo through our warehouse facilities. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations, manage cargo operatives, and ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operation that meets daily business demands.
  • Ensure operational performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently achieved.
  • Oversee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including but not limited to:
  • Inventory Control: Manage and oversee warehouse inventory systems.
  • Customs Compliance: Supervise Customs procedures, documentation, and related systems.
  • Cargo Movement Messaging: Ensure formal cargo data and movement messages are handled appropriately.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and third-party suppliers to support a seamless logistics chain.
  • Conduct daily audits to verify warehouse cleanliness, safety, functionality, and readiness, ensuring professional standards are upheld.
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure appropriate manning levels to meet operational needs.
  • Support the Airport Operations Manager and Cargo Operations Manager in delivering effective onboarding, refresher, and compliance training for all cargo personnel.
  • Lead daily briefings and ensure timely dissemination of key operational information.

    • Proven experience in warehouse or cargo operations, ideally in aviation or logistics.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Good understanding of customs regulations and health & safety practices.
