We are currently seeking someone with excellent customer service experience to join our busy team on our information desk. Our information desk is often the first point of contact our customers have with our team when they arrive at the Airport. If you’re naturally warm and welcoming and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment then this could be the job for you.
You’ll focus on meeting all customer needs, resolving their queries, and leaving a great first impression. You should be flexible to work on various shifts to accommodate flight schedules (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays) including early shifts (starting from 3.30 am onwards). You should have the ability to travel to the airport at times when public transport is not available.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal). You must be able and willing to learn airline-specific computer systems. You should have the ability to follow processes and procedures and apply a flexible approach when required. You should be willing to work in inclement weather if required. You must be passionate about customer service.

- Starting rate of pay is £12.87 per hour or £26,769.60 per annum for a 40-hour working week
