The Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our customer airlines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting passengers at check-in and with baggage processing
- Handling reservations and ticketing
- Boarding flights and greeting arrivals
- Supporting VIPs and passengers needing special assistance
- Other customer service related duties as required
You will be delivering outstanding customer service while following procedures and maintaining a flexible approach in a dynamic setting.
You Will Need To Be:
- Flexible with shift availability (including early mornings from 3:30 am, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Able to commute reliably to the airport when public transport is unavailable
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Eager to learn airline-specific computer systems
- Process-driven but able to adapt when needed
- Physically able to lift/move heavy items when required
- Customer-focused and committed to providing a positive experience
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
