The role involves overseeing all marketing activities across The NICI Group, ensuring the marketing team effectively delivers the organisation’s strategy to maximise return on investment through the creation, implementation, and measurement of comprehensive marketing and communications programmes that enhance the brand’s image and position within the marketplace. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, coordinating and delivering annual campaign calendars across the group
- Identifying commercial initiatives and growth opportunities
- Actively participating in Marketing, PR, Commercial and Operational meetings
- Managing and evolving marketing strategies and activity across all properties and outlets
- Overseeing and directing photography, video and multimedia shoots across the group
- Reporting on performance, tracking activity and communicating results
- Managing hotel content matrices and overseeing updates across hotels, restaurants, bars and relevant digital platforms
- Supporting Brand, Guest and Digital Experience initiatives across the business
- Ensuring brand consistency and storytelling across all touchpoints
